Probably on any given day you might find me at the grocery store in my workout clothes. I’m just as obsessed with finding cute workout clothes and shoes as my other clothes! The truth is I’m in them more! I started playing tennis  because I had bought a cute tennis outfit and wanted to wear it! That purchase led me to fun recreational tennis for 25 years. I am one of those girls that has always worked out. In the late 80’s and 90’s I did aerobics. I believe I have tried every workout class out there. I recently retired from personal training . It was so much fun working out with my clients that became friends! I guess that means I have a lot of time on my hands so I’m giving this Blog a whirl. I am currently working out 4 to 5 times a week at Orange Theory Fitness. It’s a great high intensity workout! My first thought when it comes to fitness is food! I think the first thing to master is knowing how many calories you take in. I use the Lose It!  App. to keep track of what I am eating. It keeps me aware of  what I am putting in my body. The other thing is I schedule my workouts so I keep myself on track! To me it’s a simple equation of how much you can eat and how much you need to burn! I also am a firm believer of trying to find what you love to do in a workout. I hope I can be a encourager to each of you on your fitness journey. Thanks hope you check my blog out again!
